Payment options

When making a purchase at mum-clothing.com, the customer can pay by bank transfer, payment card or online banking online payment, depending on the location. All prices are in EUR with VAT, payment is also made in this currency.

Prices of goods

Unless otherwise stated, the price of the product is indicated per unit (piece or set) in EUR with VAT 21% included.

For your convenience, we offer several delivery options. Read more about them in the DELIVERY section.

If the product is in our warehouse, we will send it out within 1-2 working days after full payment of the order. If the product is sewn to order, it is made within 5-10 working days and shipped while it is in stock.

Distance contract and return of goods

When making a purchase at mum-clothing.com, the Buyer enters into a distance agreement with the Seller SIA MUM, registration number 42103096380, and agrees on the following:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver, but the Buyer undertakes to pay for the goods selected by the Buyer in accordance with the information and quantity of the goods specified in the shopping cart.

After receiving the payment, the Seller within 1-2 working days sends out the goods in the warehouse ordered by the Buyer according to the selected type of delivery. Goods that are not in stock are sent out as soon as they enter the warehouse, informing the buyer separately.

In accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 255 on distance contracts, the Buyer has the right to refuse the goods and return the goods to the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the goods, without mentioning the reason for return. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer informs the Seller by filling in the return form in his customer profile. If the customer has made a purchase without registration and wants to return the goods, write a return request to info@mum-clothing.com.

The buyer returns the product to SIA MUM, Jaungožu iela 7, village Āņi, Ādažu novads, LV-2164, without undue delay, but not later than within 14 days after sending the withdrawal form or notification on the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if the product is returned before the 14-day deadline.

The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the goods.

After submitting a written refusal to SIA MUM, the Buyer must return the product as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days. After returning the product, SIA MUM will return the payment for the product, not including delivery costs, no later than within 14 days from the return of the product.

SIA MUM has the right to record possible visual damage to the product and the contents of the complete set upon receipt of the product.

In accordance with Section 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, the Buyer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods if the goods have been used for a purpose other than clarification of the nature, characteristics and activities of the goods. The Buyer is not responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods, if the Seller or the service provider has not informed him / her about the right of withdrawal in accordance with the procedures specified in the regulatory enactments regulating the protection of consumer rights. By exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer is responsible for the use of the goods in excess of the purpose of testing the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. The buyer is responsible for the use of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal, which reduces the value, quality and safety of the product.

The right of withdrawal shall not be exercised in the following cases:

- the price of the product depends on financial market fluctuations which cannot be controlled by the seller and which may occur during the withdrawal period;

- the product is made according to the consumer's instructions or the product is clearly personalized;

- the product is perishable or is about to expire;

- the purchaser has opened the packaging of the product, which cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons;

- the product is irreversibly mixed with other things after delivery due to its characteristics.
